We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. We require a non-refundable £15.00 deposit at the time of booking. If your service is cancelled within the 48 hour window, then the deposit will be kept and a new booking will be required. This is to cover costs of the cancelled appointment. If cancelled prior to the 48 window, then you will be asked to rearrange the appointment in which the deposit can be carried over.

Final prices depend on the breed, type/condition of the coat & temperment upon arrival. Any prices provided are an estimate only. Additional charges may be incurred due to:

• Overweight dogs or oversized for the breed
• Unkept/neglected coats
• Aggressive, senior, nervous or timid dogs that require additional handling
• Fleas and/or ticks

If your dogs coat has matting, we charge an additional £10 per hour taken to de-matt the coat. This is due to additional time taken for our groomers. We always practice welfare over vanity and if we are presented with a neglected coat, we may believe it is kinder to remove the coat in accordance with The Animal Welfare Act 2006.

Times for each dog are approximate and guide times is listed on our booking page. The time taken for your dog can depend on the breed, type/condition of the coat, temperment and age. Feel free to get in touch with us or a complimentary consultation and guide price.

We offer services for small, medium or large breeds. As a general rule of thumb, small is under 13kg, medium is 13kg-20kg, large is 20kg+. We understand that your dog may not be the typical size for their breed, so if you’re unsure of which service to book, feel free to get in touch.

The frequency of your dog’s grooms can entirely depend on their needs, their coat type and more. We will tailor the service to them and recommend to you how often they should visit us. We can discuss this in your complimentary consultation.

Bringing your puppy to the spa from an early age is recommended so they can learn to love the experience of grooming. Your puppy can visit once they’ve had both their vaccinations. We will get slowly get them used to the various sounds, tools and handling of our services. You can take a peek at our puppy packages here.

We ask that your dog arrives to their appointment on lead and has had a chance to go to the toilet. If your dog has a nervous temperment, we would recommend they arrive with an empty stomach. Clients that are new to our spa will be asked to fill out a client registration form when you arrive. Or feel free to fill it out prior to your appointment.
