This was Paddy’s 4th visit & he’s incredibly anxious at the groomers. He was hiding behind my legs & didn’t want to go in. The staff are always so reassuring in this situation. They spend plenty of time & care making a nervous dog comfortable. When I collected him he looked absolutely amazing and he was jumping up at me & glad it was over. This is to reassure anyone with a similar dog, they will be looked after very well. My personal thanks to Sophie for doing all that was required and talking me through his experience afterwards. Great service which I highly recommend 💕

Lovely staff, very friendly and welcoming. We have a very anxious dog and they're patient and caring with her. We've been going for several years and she always comes out looking and smelling great!

Me and my Ozzy (my doggy) absolutely LOVE the houndville! The service is always amazing and they take such good care of your doggy so you know they're in the hands of people who actually care for your pet. Special shoutout to Amie and Ruby too who always groom Ozzy, he absolutely loves to see them and they always deliver exactly what we are after, If you are in the area I would definitely recommend not just their service but also the lovely shop too, it's full of goodies!

Ralph needed his nails done and I decided on the day he could do with a wash too after checking out the website. The lady I spoke to was happy to book him in last minute and was incredibly helpful as I was rather nervous about leaving Ralph ! As soon as I picked Ralph up , he was extremely happy and bouncy (and smelled lovely). The ladies were all very honest and helpful throughout the whole process and I will be booking Ralph in again when he is next due a groom ! Thank you ! ❤️

Just moved in to the area and needed my Alsatian Narla grooming, wasnt sure if it was needed as never done it before but staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about what Narla needed. I was really pleased and satisfied with their service and i am sure Narla will be well looked after. Highly recommend this place
